Ingredients
2 cups grated So Sweet carrots
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp natural sesame seeds
1 tbsp black sesame seeds
2 tbsp liquid honey
Juice of one orange
Crumbled feta to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Toast the seeds
Add pumpkin seeds and both sesame seeds to a dry pan. Toast over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes until fragrant. Set aside to cool.Prepare the carrots
