Saddle back parsnips

 

Ingredients

500g So Sweet Parsnips peeled and

halved Herbs / salt & pepper

Oil

Directions

  1. Score the top of the halved parsnips (try not to cut right through).

  2. Line a baking pan with baking paper. Brush / spray with oil and top with your choice of herbs.

  3. Bake in the oven on 180 degrees for 30 – 45 minutes add extra oil in between if desired.
