How Subscriptions Work
Our subscription boxes
Our So Sweet subscription boxes make it easy to enjoy fresh, seasonal vegetables delivered regularly, without the hassle. Choose from a small range of produce boxes and individual vegetable options, select how often you would like them delivered, and we will take care of the rest.
Perfect for households, food lovers, and restaurants looking for quality produce on a simple, predictable schedule.
Choose your frequency
You can receive your box:
- Weekly
- Fortnightly
- Monthly
There is no minimum term. You stay in control at all times.
Billing and payments
There is no charge when you sign up.
Your first payment is taken just before your first delivery. After that, payments renew automatically based on the frequency you choose. Billing is aligned with dispatch, so you are only charged when a box is being prepared and sent.
Managing your subscription
If you have an account, you can manage your subscription anytime. This includes:
- Pausing your subscription
- Cancelling your subscription
- Changing your box type
- Switching between 5kg and 10kg sizes
- Updating your delivery address or payment details
All changes must be made before the weekly cut-off.
Delivery timing
All boxes are packed and dispatched every Monday/Tuesday.
Orders or changes made by Saturday at 6pm will be included in that Tuesday’s delivery. Orders or changes made after Saturday at 6pm will be included in the following week’s delivery.
Once your box is dispatched, you will receive a delivery notification with tracking details.
