Subscription Terms

So Sweet subscription boxes are designed to be flexible and easy to manage.

• There is no minimum term
• You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account

All subscriptions follow our weekly dispatch schedule.

Billing

You are not charged when you sign up. Your first payment is taken just before your first delivery, and future payments renew automatically based on your selected frequency.

If changes are not made before the Saturday 6pm cut-off, the box will still be packed, charged, and delivered as scheduled.

Once a box has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be refunded, unless the goods are faulty.
