What is the minimum order?
Can I order different box types in the same order?
Yes. You can mix and match across all four box options within a single order. Your invoice will itemise each box type and quantity.
How does delivery work?
Delivery to listed depots nationwide is free. If your recipients would prefer their box delivered to the door, you can add door-to-door delivery at $5 per box at checkout. You will need to provide each recipient’s delivery address and preferred delivery date at the time of ordering. This cannot be added afterwards.
When will the boxes be delivered?
Boxes are dispatched Monday to Tuesday each week from 16 November to 22 December 2025. You can specify a preferred delivery date for each recipient at checkout.
What is the order deadline?
All orders must be placed by Friday 31 October 2025. We recommend ordering early to secure your preferred delivery dates, particularly for the weeks leading up to Christmas.
Can I pay by invoice rather than credit card?
Yes. If you would prefer to pay by invoice and bank transfer, use the enquiry form below and our team will be in touch to confirm your order and issue an invoice. Please note that orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
Where can I find the list of depots?
We deliver free of charge to depots nationwide, including Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Hastings, Palmerston North, Wellington, Nelson, Christchurch and Dunedin. A full list of depot locations is available here. If you need help finding the closest one for your recipient, just get in touch.
