Carrot pesto

 

Ingredients

2 cups so sweet carrot leaves
half cup of parmesan cheese
half a cup of olive oil
basil to taste
2-3 teaspoons of crushed garlic
salt and pepper to taste

 

Method

  1. Blend the SoSweet carrot leaves, parmesan cheese and basil.

  2. Add olive oil until the mixture is the right consistency and then salt, pepper, and garlic to taste.
