Roast parmesan carrots
Ingredients
6 tbsp parmesan cheese
Creamy aioli and sweet chilli sauce
2 tbsp water
1 Egg
Hand full of So Sweet bunched carrots
Salt and pepper
Method
Cut So Sweet carrots into strips.
Mix water with egg then brush this mixture over the carrots on a lined baking tray.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the carrots and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place in the oven on 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes, turning once.
Serve with a garnish of chopped spring onions and the creamy aioli and sweet chilli sauce.
