Roast parmesan carrots

 

Ingredients

6 tbsp parmesan cheese
Creamy aioli and sweet chilli sauce
2 tbsp water
1 Egg
Hand full of So Sweet bunched carrots
Salt and pepper

 

Method

  1. Cut So Sweet carrots into strips.

  2. Mix water with egg then brush this mixture over the carrots on a lined baking tray.

  3. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the carrots and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Place in the oven on 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes, turning once.

  5. Serve with a garnish of chopped spring onions and the creamy aioli and sweet chilli sauce.
