Ingredients
1 500g bag of So Sweet parsnips
¾ c mayo A squeeze of lemon juice
1 pkt Dill and Wild Onion gourmet dip mix (Herb and Spice Mill)
To make curry flavour dip simply add ½ tsp curry powder
Method
Peel and chop parsnip into smallish pieces – about 1.5cm.
Bring to boil in salted water and simmer until soft and cooked.
Drain water and place parsnip into kitchen wiz.
Add all other ingredients. Pulse until well mixed.
